A couple of improvements and changes to the weather pages:
- the weather report is now being updated at a 10-minute interval together with the weather cam picture. The graphs are being recreated every 15 minutes. Those frequencies should be sufficient
- the graphs have been completely redesigned from scratch and should be more attractive now
- an ‘update status‘ indicator shows if the weather data is up-to-date
In order to get a visual overview of the weather data, a couple of graphs have been added to the weather pages. At present they consist of drawings showing:
- the temperature/humidity variation during the last 24 hours
- the barometric pressure during the last 31 days
- the daily high/low temperatures of the last 31 days
They are generated automatically and currently updated every 5 minutes. More graphs are in planning. Comments and suggestions are always appreciated.
A new UV sensor has been added to the weather station. It measures the current UV radiation as an UV index number, thus providing an indication on the danger level related to the sunlight. The present measurement is now shown on the weather page. Some useful information on the UV index:

The temperature/humidity sensor has been removed from the wind sensor pole and been installed at a sun protected position. In this environment it will be less prone to errors in measurement caused by direct sunlight.
This is the summary of the meteorogical data collected by my weather station during April. The graph gives a monthly overview of the most important parameters. There is also a detailed report (PDF) available for download.
