Improvements

A couple of improvements and changes to the weather pages:

the weather report is now being updated at a 10-minute interval together with the weather cam picture. The graphs are being recreated every 15 minutes. Those frequencies should be sufficient
the graphs have been completely redesigned from scratch and should be more attractive now
an ‘update status‘ indicator shows if the weather data is up-to-date

In order to get a visual overview of the weather data, a couple of graphs have been added to the weather pages. At present they consist of drawings showing:

the temperature/humidity variation during the last 24 hours
the barometric pressure during the last 31 days
the daily high/low temperatures of the last 31 days

They are generated automatically and currently updated every 5 minutes. More graphs are in planning. Comments and suggestions are always appreciated.
