A new UV sensor has been added to the weather station. It measures the current UV radiation as an UV index number, thus providing an indication on the danger level related to the sunlight. The present measurement is now shown on the weather page. Some useful information on the UV index:

This is the summary of the meteorogical data collected by my weather station during April. The graph gives a monthly overview of the most important parameters. There is also a detailed report (PDF) available for download.
In addition to the weather information I now introduced a weather camera. Its purpose is to give a visual impression of the current conditions. The image is updated every 5 minutes during daytime only. As I am still working on finding the best setup, its position and direction might be varying during the next days.
I added a couple of photos to the gallery. They include some nice views of the city of London as well as high altitude pictures of the Brussels area, Zurich and Milan. See them here. Any comment would be appreciated!
The wind sensor has been moved to a higher position in order to produce more accurate wind readings. I will have to check if there is a significant difference now, but it looks promising.
Furthermore I solved the problem which prevented the weather data from being shown in Internet Explorer. It should be working with all browser types now. Check it out on the weather page.
I introduced a new page containing current meteorological data of my home town. The data is automatically kept up-to-date every 5 minutes and is measured by my own weather station. Please note that it is currently only being updated during day time.
There are still some issues, especially with the positioning of some sensors (wind vane) which may lead to potentially inaccurate readings. Improvements are to come.
Just have a look at the weather page to see how the weather is like in my area!
I just added a couple of recent photos to the gallery.
